Duff is an AV-Preeminent Rated Lawyer and brings over forty years of practice experience in civil litigation to the Firm.
Duff has been lead counsel in bench and jury trials for plaintiffs and for defendants, has managed litigation for a public internet company, guided a complex real property title case (in enforcement of a $11M verdict) through collection, has tried and defended trust and estates litigation, Eminent Domain actions, as well as construction litigation and, and has conducted Commercial Code audit for a major vehicle finance company for the Western United States. He is also a contributing author to: Representing Consumers in California Real Estate Transactions.
Duff earned his B.A. from the University of Southern California, and his law degree from Western State University in San Diego, California, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the 9 th Circuit Court of Appeals, Central, Eastern and Southern Districts of California, several U.S. Bankruptcy Courts and all California State Courts.
