Eric J. Schindler

A founding partner of the Firm, Eric retired from active practice in July 2024, but continues to provide consulting services as an active member of the California Bar to KroescheBerner’s lawyers on insurance coverage, policyholder rights, litigation strategy, and dispute resolution. An AV Preeminent-rated attorney by Martin Hubble in insurance, litigation, business law, and general ethical standards, Eric is a past Chair of the Orange County Bar Association Insurance Section Executive Committee. Eric represented individuals and businesses in complex state and federal trials, arbitrations, mediations, and appeals. His work was featured in Forbes (Southern California Legal Profiles, Jan. 16, 2012).

Eric earned his B.A. (1978) in Philosophy & Arts & Sciences (Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa) from Louisiana State University, and his J.D. (1985) from the University of Texas at Austin Law School.
