As an experienced land use and municipal law attorney, Kendra has exclusively advised and litigated on behalf of private clients and public agencies in California for nearly 20 years. Based on her extensive experience with zoning, entitlements, and coordination across multiple local, state, and federal agencies, and leveraging her deep knowledge and strong relationships with regulatory agencies, Kendra has been able to efficiently secure optimal outcomes for her clients' land use and property development needs.
Kendra earned her B.A. from the University of California Los Angeles, and her J.D. law degree and an L.L.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law, and prior to being the principal of her own firm, Kendra served as an in-house and contract city attorney and as special counsel to various public agencies, giving her unique insight into navigating municipal approval processes and collaborating effectively with government entities.
